After analysis a lot in my blogs and other top bloggers, I realize that Google consider links of Goo.gl easily and do not consider as spam, whereas if we put link of other site without Goo.gl, then we first come in suspicious activities. After Google Bot regular check, Google prefer or not as a valuable link.
But Goo.gl links do not considered as spam links. Even if I used 10 Goo.gl links in an article, Google indexed the article and sending traffic to me daily.
